Rua das Pedras
Buzios is much more than beaches: it has an important gastronomical infrastructure, composed by different international and typical restaurants, boutiques with famous brands, handicrafts shops, intense cultural life and enough to satisfy the most demanding tourist. The night has not time to end in Buzios, there is always something to do in Rua das Pedras, that together with Orla Bardot, is one of the key points of the night life, with bars, musical shows, dancing places. Many nationalities, various styles and beautiful people make this street and excellent point to meet people and for romances.
Rua Das Pedras has 600 meters where the most eclectic part of Buzios concetrates: art galleries, diving elements, creperie, clothes, accessories and the most variated gastronomy. You can also visit Pousada do Sol, that keeps as in the 60´s the room where Brigitte Bardot stayed and you can rent it as a room, it also has a tour of photos of Brigitte Bardot in that time, images full of wild sensuality of this french myth.
The parallel street to Rua das Pedras, Turibio de Farias, is another option that offers the best prices, bars and modern restaurants, for those who prefer a low profile. Turibio de Farias combines the daily rutine with more diversification of shops, restaurants and bars, and even pharmacies, tourist agencies, markets and many other shops that make this street an ideal meeting point. It is a good option to go shopping in the daily walks downtown.
Between Orla and Rua das Pedras is the reformed pier which during the day is the port of tour ships or aquatic taxis, and at night is the meeting point for lovers, with a fan of options and environments for any tourist.
